About This Role:We are looking for an entrepreneurial and execution-driven leader who can develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy, driving revenue expansion and brand reach.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth plan that includes D2C, B2B, institutional, gifting, and export channels.
- Pursue new revenue streams and partnerships to enhance our brand presence.
- Oversight of profit and loss responsibilities, revenue targets, and operational efficiency.
- Establish relationships with hotels, corporates, events, and wellness studios for large-scale collaborations.
- Cultivate seasonal and global gift programs in collaboration with partners.
- Explore international markets through partnerships and distributors.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on branding, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
- Foster awareness through wellness, sustainability, and social impact narratives.
- Nurture alliances with chefs, influencers, and wellness professionals.
- Lead cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations.
- Implement clear SOPs and performance metrics for operational excellence.
- Mentor and grow the team, promoting an entrepreneurial culture.
- Ensure alignment with our mission to empower Himalayan communities.
- Measure and communicate social impact alongside business success.
- 7–12 years of experience in consumer brands, FMCG, D2C, lifestyle, or wellness sectors.
- A proven track record of scaling businesses across multiple channels (D2C + B2B + partnerships).
- Strong P&L, business development, and operational management skills.
- Excellent relationship-building capabilities with corporates, institutions, and partners.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, hands-on, and ownership-driven.
- A passion for wellness, sustainability, and purpose-driven brands is highly valued.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
