Job Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an HR & Admin Manager, responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the entire recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems to optimize workforce efficiency.
  • Drive initiatives to boost employee engagement, training, and performance management to achieve business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling to foster a positive work environment.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, including procurement of office supplies and coordination with vendors.
  • Process payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience in HR administration, preferably in a similar industry or field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
