HR Operations Specialist

Are you a highly organized and proactive HR professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled Human Resources Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, develop and maintain a high-performing HR team
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Handle salary calculations, PF, ESI, deductions, reimbursements and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave management, and shift schedules
- Address employee queries and grievances in a fair and timely manner
- Support employee engagement activities and events to enhance company culture
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and industry best practices
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR - recruitment, payroll, and generalist functions
- Knowledge of Payroll Software (e.g., Tally, GreytHR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration or related fields
