Service Leadership Role

Our organization seeks a seasoned service leader to drive the performance of commercial vehicles in customer businesses. This strategic position aims to establish us as a prominent industry player and secure market leadership.

  • We are looking for an individual who can manage and supervise service operations within their territory, ensuring compliance with quality standards and service level agreements.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for new product establishment, executing driver trainings, back-to-back trails, and complaint resolution.
  • They will monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as TAT, repeat jobs, revenue streams, job cards, and claims processing to assess service performance. They will identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Another key responsibility will be driving product campaigns at dealerships to complete vehicle tasks.
  • The ideal candidate will also conduct warranty and process audits at dealerships to ensure adherence to processes.
  • As a service leader, they will lead and mentor a team of service professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve performance targets and objectives.
  • Additionally, they will stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and customer feedback to proactively enhance service offerings and maintain competitiveness.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in the auto industry, specifically commercial vehicles.
