Cornerstone Information Technology is seeking a Senior HR Leader to join our team.

As a Senior HR Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive plans and policies related to employee compensation, benefits, health, and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulating and executing strategies for performance evaluations, staffing, training, and employee development.
  • Supervising HR personnel and providing expert guidance and support.
  • Overseeing all HR activities, initiatives, systems, and strategic operations.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for employee relations and liaising with labor unions.
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating and managing all activities within the HR department.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Addressing grievances and enforcing disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Analyzing HR data and preparing reports for the board and senior management using HR metrics.
  • Participating in executive, management, and company-wide meetings, as well as relevant seminars and workshops.
  • Communicating and coordinating with external service providers, including those involved in housing, transport, and insurance.
  • Developing and implementing programs and policies designed to enhance employee growth and satisfaction.
  • Creating policies to address and reduce absenteeism and employee turnover.

Requirements:

  • Lead talent acquisition change initiatives at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a recruitment team with a robust understanding of talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to make decisions with both strategic foresight and tactical precision.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and motivational skills, with a capacity to build effective relationships across the organization.
  • Enhance talent sourcing capabilities by optimizing direct hiring practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reports to evaluate complex information.
  • Influence employees at all levels to support your decisions and proposed plans.
