Job Title: Workshop Operations Manager

As a Workshop Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective execution of repairs and maintenance on commercial vehicles. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standard, while also maintaining accurate records and adhering to health and safety regulations.

About the Role:
  • Supervise and manage the workshop floor to optimize repair and maintenance operations.
  • Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of tasks within specified deadlines.
  • Maintain quality control standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Record all work done, including parts and labor costs.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaison with customers regarding their vehicle status and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage inventory levels of parts and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in a commercial vehicle dealership, preferably with Tata Motors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicles and their systems.
  • Excellent supervisory and management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
