Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Supervisor located in Rajasthan, India. The Civil Supervisor will oversee and manage daily operations on the road infrastructure project from Mahua (Balaji Mod) to Jaipur, Rajasthan. This includes supervision of RE Wall work and flyover structures. Responsibilities include site supervision, quality control, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, effective communication with team members and stakeholders, and managing project timelines and resources.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision
• Proficient in On-Site management and Quality Control
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in managing infrastructure projects, particularly road and flyover constructions
• Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in construction
