- Drive revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage day-to-day operations and team performance.
- Ensure SOP adherence from opening to closing.
- Motivate Sales Associates and ensure target achievement.
- Monitor and maintain store equipment and cleanliness.
- Handle stock control and ensure FIFO sales.
- Promote a team-based culture and lead by example.
- Provide timely and effective customer solutions.

**Key KPIs**:

- Store profitability and team retention.
- Sales and activation targets (handsets, accessories, ASP).
- Sales conversion ratios.
- Audit variance (stock and cash).
- Stock ageing and availability.

- Strong communication and integrity.

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
