Job Title

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our center.

  • Represent the brand and handle client interactions, including sales pitches for prospective clients.
  • Oversee event planning from enquiry to execution, supervising departments like housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure the centre runs efficiently.
  • Resolve client escalations and grievances.
  • Lead and supervise staff, coordinating their daily activities.
  • Standardize processes around housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage operations, and cleanliness.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accounts and petty cash for the centre.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and client-facing roles.
  • Experience in handling operations and leading teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
