Role Overview:

We are seeking an Operational Director to drive operational excellence at our IVF centers. The role involves budgeting, performance monitoring, compliance, process optimization, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Performance Management: Prepare annual operating plans & performance targets in line with corporate strategy
  • Ensure achievement of financial & operational targets
  • Monitor revenue, profitability & team performance against defined KRAs
  • Liaise with sales & marketing teams for brand visibility in local markets
  • Coordinate monthly P&L with the corporate MIS team

Operational Excellence:

  • Lead cost optimization and compliance initiatives
  • Oversee SOP implementation, medical record management, and audit readiness
  • Act as an escalation point for operational issues and ensure medico-legal compliance

Patient Experience:

  • Drive patient satisfaction, retention, and conversion metrics

Leadership Skills:

  • Strong leadership & people management skills

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to achieve financial targets (Revenue, EBITDA, Contribution Margin)
  • Customer satisfaction (focus on NPS) & retention focus
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance & medico-legal requirements
  • Process-driven with attention to detail
