
Enterprise Business Development Professional

This is a key role within our organization's Lead Generation team, focusing on generating Sales Qualified Leads and creating new business opportunities across strategic enterprise accounts.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze target accounts using industry knowledge to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting initiatives, including email campaigns and cold calling, to generate interest and schedule meetings for regional sales leaders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute joint campaigns and events to drive demand generation.
- Engage with senior-level executives to understand their pain points and position our solutions effectively.
- Prepare compelling narratives and high-level solution overviews to spark curiosity and interest in our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in CRM systems.
- Track and report on lead generation KPIs, campaign performance, and conversion metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation in technology or ITES environment.
- Proven track record engaging with senior leadership in large enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise buying behavior.
- Familiarity with AI-led services and digital transformation solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Excel or Google Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with global clients across multiple regions.
- Exposure to data enrichment and prospecting tools.
- Familiarity with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
