Business Analysis Role Overview

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Business Analyst in the refractory industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying process improvements, and communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with business partners and stakeholders
  • Participate in future SAP Discover, Build, Test and Deploy activities
  • Define business requirements with outcome criteria and metrics
  • Map business processes and resolve issues
  • Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, finance, information systems, or similar field. They should also possess relevant experience in supporting and enhancing SAP S/4HANA and FICO.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, finance, information systems, or similar field
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst preferred
  • Experience with supporting and enhancing SAP S/4HANA preferred
  • Experience with FICO strongly preferred
  • Broad IT domain experience in areas such as applications development, enterprise architecture, project management, vendor management, quality assurance, infrastructure, and maintenance and support
