SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to spearhead transformative programs for global enterprises. As an Associate Director Level, you will be responsible for strategic leadership and driving hands-on expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead as a subject matter expert across SAP HCM & SuccessFactors modules.
  2. Drive solution design, documentation, and advisory presentations for global customers.
  3. Provide functional delivery and ensure high-quality implementation.
  4. Conduct discovery workshops, strategy discussions, and design thinking sessions.
  5. Participate in pre-sales cycles including RFP responses, estimations, and solution demos.
  6. Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle and provide AMS support as needed.
  7. Step into the Project Manager role when required.
  8. Mentor, train, and lead junior consultants.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and ratings for downstream resources.
  10. Manage Proofs of Concept (POCs), solution demos, and creation of sales materials.
  11. Liaise with SAP to maintain partnership status.
  12. Contribute to thought leadership by publishing articles and participating in industry events.
  13. Travel onsite for customer engagements as necessary.
  14. Grow the SAP SuccessFactors practice, scaling headcount with business demand.
  15. Deliver cost optimization, automation, and rapid deployment solutions for clients.
