About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for product launches, feature rollouts, and growth initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end inbound and outbound marketing efforts to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across various channels.
  • Create and manage multi-channel content strategies, including video marketing on YouTube, social media campaigns on Instagram, and blog posts that resonate with our audience.
  • Plan and execute search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns to enhance visibility, ranking, and organic growth.
  • Promote community-driven marketing through social engagement and storytelling that showcases our brand's personality and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, campaigns, and user journeys that meet business objectives.
  • Design and manage marketing automation workflows (emails, retargeting, nurture campaigns) that nurture leads and convert them into customers.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across channels and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

About You:

  • You have a strong understanding of product marketing, content funnels, and user acquisition, with hands-on experience in at least three areas: SEO & Content Marketing, YouTube growth & video marketing, Experience handling organic content through social media, Outbound email/outreach, Proficiency with marketing & analytics tools, Strong skills in copywriting, positioning, and storytelling, Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data & iterate fast.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. Bonus: Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or consumer tech products considered.
