  • Paid Digital Distribution: Manage and optimize paid digital distribution channels, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive digital acquisition strategy.
  • Channel Management: Take ownership of key distribution channels, ensuring direct control and maximum efficiency.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and experiments to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles.
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms and social media trends.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and autonomous approach to work.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity.
