Key Responsibilities
  • Drive B2B sales for inspection & structural health monitoring solutions across large infrastructure and aviation projects
  • Engage with stakeholders in metro rail projects, bridges, airports, and airlines to identify opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and safety/engineering teams
  • Present tailored solutions, demonstrate ROI, and convert leads into successful closures
Technical Understanding & Consulting
  • Work with infrastructure and aviation clients to assess safety, structural damage, and residual life of assets (metros, bridges, airplanes, airports)
  • Translate client challenges into customized automation-driven solutions with measurable business impact
  • Stay updated on latest practices in structural inspection, automation, and safety compliance
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries, Excel-based reporting, and MOM documentation
  • Track daily activities, pipeline progress, and overall sales performance
  • Travel as required to client sites for business growth and relationship management
Requirements
  • 3-10 years' experience in Business Development, preferably in infrastructure, aviation, automation, or clean-tech industries
  • Exposure to large-scale projects in metros, bridges, airlines, airports, or safety auditing firms
  • Strong communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting formats
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and closures
