Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to be the technical cornerstone of our sales efforts. This role is crucial in illustrating how our solutions can deliver tangible value to diverse external clients.

About the Role
  • Partner with Sales Manager and channel partners to understand client business challenges and technical requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops for prospective clients and partners.
  • Translate complex technical features into clear business benefits and value propositions for various stakeholders.
  • Address technical objections and provide expert answers to client questions during the sales cycle.
RFP & Tender Response Management
  • Lead the technical response for RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions, ensuring all technical requirements are meticulously addressed and proposed solutions are comprehensive and accurate.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and legal teams to ensure technical proposals align with commercial terms and company capabilities.
Solution Design & Feasibility
  • Develop solution architectures and proposals that demonstrate how our white-label products can integrate with existing client systems.
  • Perform technical feasibility assessments and provide accurate estimates for implementation effort and timeline.
Proof of Concept (PoC) & Pilot Management
  • Design, configure, and lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot projects to showcase the product's capabilities and value in a client's specific environment.
Content & Knowledge Management
  • Develop and maintain pre-sales collateral, including demo scripts, technical presentations, FAQs, and competitive analysis materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with product enhancements, industry trends, and competitive landscape, continuously enhancing your technical expertise.
Partner Enablement
  • Provide technical training and support to channel partners, enabling them to confidently position and demonstrate our solutions.
