Job Title: Student Placement Coordinator

The Student Placement Coordinator will play a pivotal role in connecting students with career opportunities. Their primary responsibility will be to identify major employers and coordinate with them to place students in relevant jobs.

This involves:

  • Identifying employers and their manpower requirements
  • Coordinating with branches regarding placement procedures and placed students
  • Maintaining documents related to pre-placement and post-placement activities
  • Managing student databases and providing briefings on job openings
  • Conducting job market studies and regular coordination with managers and trainers

Key qualifications for this role include a minimum 2+ years of experience in student placement from skilling/training/educational institutes, strong verbal and written communication skills, patience, and perseverance. Knowledge and relations with corporates are also essential.

Working for marginalized communities and having an inclination towards society are important qualities for this role. Student placement and corporate tie-ups are key responsibilities that require strong interpersonal skills and good knowledge of the IT domain.
