Job Title: Placement Manager

Employment Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and implement strategies that enhance student employability and meet placement targets across South India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with employers across various industries including beauty, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and allied sectors.
  • Organize and manage campus placement drives, job fairs, and employer engagement sessions effectively.
  • Collaborate with Centre Heads and trainers to align student skills with market requirements and industry demands.
  • Provide guidance to students in resume preparation, interview readiness, and workplace etiquette to ensure optimal employability.
  • Manage employer databases, track placement outcomes, and publish regular MIS reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Explore cross-sector placement opportunities to maximize student employability and expand the scope of industry partnerships.
  • Develop retention and feedback mechanisms to strengthen employer satisfaction and encourage long-term partnerships.
Candidate Requirements
  • Graduate or MBA with 4–8 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or HR.
  • Strong industry network in South India with existing connections in multiple sectors.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting placement commitments and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / MIS reporting with the ability to analyze data and provide insights for business development.
