
Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive business development and sales for our PV cells in India.
Responsibilities:- Sales & Business Development: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with key accounts across India.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation: Lead techno-commercial negotiations to achieve profitable and sustainable deals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
- Presentations: Create and deliver high-impact presentations to stakeholders and potential clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales and margin targets.
- Problem-Solving: Address client concerns and objections effectively and in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial product sales and a proven track record of success in the solar PV industry. They should be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English, and other languages.
- A Bachelor of Engineering/Master of Business Administration degree is required.
- 5-10 years of experience in the solar PV industry is preferred.
- Strong presentation skills for delivering high-impact pitches are essential.
Demonstrated ability to network effectively within the solar PV industry is also required.
