Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the establishment of Data Science teams and programs of work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy, engagement, and program management, particularly in the areas of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
A successful track record in data science program creation and management is essential. Experience in financial services, especially in Corporate and Institutional banking, is preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and analytics management to develop an analytics program of work that establishes a data science team.
- Deliver priority business initiatives through effective program management.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 12 to 18 years of experience in establishing Data Science teams and programs of work.
- Strong expertise in strategy, engagement, and program management.
- Experience in data science program creation and management.
- Background in financial services, preferably in Corporate and Institutional banking.
