Job Description

The Business Coach and Performance Manager is accountable for managing daily coaching activities, tracking, and trending data to improve performance.

This role involves key responsibilities including:

  • Understanding quality requirements from both process and target perspectives.
  • Training new employees on Medical Billing concepts and guidelines effectively.
  • Monitoring trainees' productivity and quality output per OJT glide path/ramp-up targets.
  • Initiating and implementing improvement programs for underperforming trainees.
  • Providing continuous feedback in a structured manner.
  • Educating employees on client specifications and guidelines.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest coding updates and educating others accordingly.
  • Conducting one-on-one sessions to address repeated errors.
  • Sharing feedback on trainees' productivity and quality with Team Leads.
  • Fostering effective communication of QC feedback to trainees.
  • Supporting Team Leads in confirming early trainee completion through valuable input provision.
  • Achieving internal and external SLAs as defined by process.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Delivering extensive coaching and training as per process definition.
  • Developing variant training and coaching strategies.
  • Requiring at least 3 years of professional experience and relevant expertise.
  • Having sound knowledge of healthcare concepts.
  • Exhibiting excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Holding good product and process knowledge.

  • Experience in medical billing or related fields.
