Agile Coach and Salesforce Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach with expertise in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of facilitating Scrum processes to enhance team performance and deliver quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and progress tracking.
  • Coordinate with Product Owners: Manage the product backlog and ensure clarity of requirements by coordinating closely with product owners.
  • Apply Agile Methodologies: Guide the team in applying Agile methodologies and practices effectively to improve productivity and quality.
  • Remove Impediments: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Coach Team Members: Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor Progress: Monitor and report on team progress and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience and Certifications: 4-8 years of experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role with strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (CAC) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Salesforce, including knowledge of its functionalities and how it integrates with Agile processes.
  • Soft Skills: Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills to empower teams and encourage collaboration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
