About the Role

The Process Coach is responsible for delivering impactful training content to new hires, leveraging diverse learning platforms to boost learner engagement, knowledge, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive training sessions to enhance associates' communication skills
  • Analyze knowledge gaps in collaboration with subject matter experts and other stakeholders
  • Review and refine training content quality and relevance, providing actionable recommendations
  • Develop and implement operational procedures for daily activities, client reporting systems, and performance monitoring
  • Conduct regular Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify problem areas and close knowledge gaps
  • Administer assessments before and after training interventions
  • Participate in calibration meetings to ensure consistency in evaluation
  • Develop targeted action plans for underperforming individuals to drive improvement
  • Share updates with the team
  • Training Operations Management - manage batches according to defined metrics and timelines, resolving any roadblocks that arise

As a Process Coach, You Will

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in process training or similar teaching roles
  • Client-facing experience essential
  • Background in Financial, Technology, Banking, or Customer Service preferred
  • Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Able to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated positive work ethic and commitment to achieving exceptional outcomes
  • Experience in facilitating virtual and instructor-led training
  • Possess strong leadership qualities, including critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (CEFR B2 level minimum)
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive)
