This role involves providing personalized coaching, stress management strategies, and promoting a positive mindset among employees to help them reach their full potential in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to help employees overcome mental blocks, stress, and anxiety.
- Develop and implement mental wellness programs and workshops.
- Visualization & Performance Effectiveness Tools
- Provide guidance on work-life balance, goal setting, and motivation techniques.
- Collaborate with HR and management to identify and address mental health challenges within the team.
- Monitor and assess the impact of coaching programs on employee performance and well-being.

Skills Required:
Clinical Psychology, Stress Management, Performance Optimization, Coaching Programs, Motivation Techniques, Mental Wellness Workshops, Goal Setting, Worklife Balance,
- Certification in coaching, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in coaching or counseling, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of mental health issues, stress management, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with employees.
