We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in business valuation, focusing on the valuation of illiquid securities. Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Conduct valuations, modeling, and pricing of MIP and other illiquid securities.">
  • Develop solutions for clients based on sound quantitative models.">
  • Analyze financial market data and time series.">
  • Review complex quantitative models developed by clients or third parties.">
  • Present results to clients and prepare reports supporting recommendations.">
  • Collaborate with senior consulting staff on analytics and project management.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in business valuations, with expertise in Sweet Equity, Growth Shares, and Employee Stock Options using valuation methods such as PWERM and OPM.">
  • Deep understanding of capital structure of PE-backed and VC-backed companies.">
  • Strong modeling skills combined with excellent numeracy.">
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to train others and client-focused attitude.">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.">
