Job Role Overview

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience in managing campus placements, possesses a strong network of industry connections, and a deep understanding of the fresher recruitment process, particularly in rapidly growing domains like Data Science, Analytics, and Software Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop opportunities for freshers across campuses and online bootcamp programs by establishing relationships with corporates in respective regions
  • Engage with corporates to build and maintain robust connections with hiring teams
  • Leverage existing recruiter relationships and networks to identify new hiring partnerships
  • Conduct high-quality, consultative discussions with recruiters to understand hiring requirements and position our learner pool effectively
  • Own the entire recruitment process lifecycle—job description sharing, student shortlisting, scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts
Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution

• Experience: 3-4 years as a Training and Placement Officer (TPO) or in a placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college/B-school

• Domain Exposure: Prior experience with undergraduate placements and roles in tech-heavy domains (Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering) is highly desirable

• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage recruiters, internal teams, and students with equal effectiveness

• Process-Oriented: Strong grasp of campus hiring workflows and placement operations • Result-Oriented: Bias for action with a track record of driving outcomes
