Mental Health Professional Role

We are committed to delivering support services that promote safety and well-being.

As a mental health specialist, you will be contributing to our mission by assisting individuals who are facing abuse, mental health struggles, or relationship issues on our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide support to users experiencing difficulties related to abuse, mental health, or trauma.
  2. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, including evaluating symptoms, identifying risk factors, and developing customised plans.
  3. Offer crisis intervention for those in distress, assessing their safety, facilitating de-escalation, and coordinating further care as necessary.
  4. Education: Teach clients and families about rights violation, mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources available to support their well-being.
  5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients, including content creation.
  6. Maintain accurate records of client assessments, progress notes, and interventions while complying with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
  7. Stay informed about current developments in the field, participate in ongoing training and professional development activities, and pursue growth opportunities as appropriate.
  8. Promote awareness about Abuse, Trauma, Mental health to reduce stigma and advocate for holistic wellness.
  9. Engage with clients professionally, actively listening to their concerns, and manage queries and provide support to users in situations of distress.

Requirements:

  1. A Master's Degree in Psychology or Counselling is required.
  2. Specialization in counselling psychology is preferred.
  3. The ability to work flexible shifts is essential.
  4. A minimum typing speed of 30-35 words per minute with 90% accuracy is necessary.
  5. Demonstrated empathy with individuals who have experienced abuse or injustice and ability to provide compassionate support.
  6. A deep understanding of mental health importance and commitment to promoting mental health awareness and support.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
  8. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are required.
