Job Title: Operational Support Specialist

As an Operational Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, supporting office operations, managing data entries, preparing reports, and ensuring efficient communication between departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Support office operations by providing data entry services and maintaining accurate records
  • Prepare reports and ensure timely submission to stakeholders
  • Ensure effective communication between departments to facilitate smooth business operations
  • Provide customer service and administrative assistance to various teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Office Operations and Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
  • Good Knowledge about Computers

Work Environment:

The selected candidate must have their own system with stable internet and be flexible to work from home and night shifts. Two days of week off.
