Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all aspects of pre and post-contract processes, ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness. This pivotal role involves leading project management initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and conducting rate analysis and negotiations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Oversee all aspects of contract drafting, review, and management to guarantee compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Lead project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget constraints.
  • Vendor Development: Manage vendor development processes, including evaluation, onboarding, and maintenance of strong relationships with external partners.
  • Negotiations: Conduct detailed rate analysis and spearhead negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
  • Financial Management: Ensure financial accuracy across projects by supervising budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of demonstrable experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.

Required Skills
  • Rate Analysis: Proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices.
  • Budgeting: Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.
  • Leadership: Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required based on project demands.
