Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Specialist to manage the creation, validation, and processing of contract documentation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting standard contractual documents and liaising with various stakeholders.

They will be proficient in Email, MS Word, and Excel, and able to work effectively under time-critical deadlines.

The successful candidate will also demonstrate resilience in times of change and uncertainty, and provide excellent customer service.

Description:

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for creating, validating, and processing contract documentation using Oracle's standard document templates.

This involves working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Deal Management teams to ensure policy compliance and mitigate corporate risk.

The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with seasonal fluctuations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, validate, and process contract documentation using Oracle's standard document templates
  • Liaise with various teams to ensure policy compliance and mitigate corporate risk
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Analyze and resolve complex contracting scenarios and meet specific needs of managed deals

Requirements:
