This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to own the drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing of diverse contracts.

The ideal candidate will ensure legal compliance, align agreements with business strategies, mitigate risk, and maintain accurate contractual records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, service contracts, employment contracts, NDAs, licensing, and partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align contractual terms with company policies.
  • Analyze contract terms to identify legal or business risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal standards.
  • Maintain a central repository of contract documentation and metadata for easy retrieval and tracking.
  • Monitor the contract lifecycle—managing renewals, amendments, expirations—and flag deadlines proactively.
  • Provide guidance and training on contract policies, best practices, and risk areas.
  • Support in resolving contract disputes, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Prepare contract performance reports and metrics for senior management.
  • Stay current with legal developments, industry trends, and enhancements in contract management practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Law graduates strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
  • Strong command of contract law, legal terminology, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with contract management systems is a plus.
  • Certifications like CPCM add significant value.
