Role Overview:

We are seeking a Legal Executive with experience in the real estate industry. The role involves managing contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and safeguarding the company's legal interests across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts (clients, vendors, partners)
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and building codes
  • Identify and resolve risks or disputes effectively
  • Protect intellectual property, including designs and trademarks
  • Provide legal advice to internal teams and support decision-making
  • Liaise with external counsel for litigation/specialized matters
  • Maintain organized legal records and draft standardized policies
  • Prepare and send legal notices when required

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of contract law, company law & IP laws
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution
  • 2-3 years of experience, preferably in real estate, architecture, or interior design. Exposure to regulatory compliance, labor laws & commercial contracts
