Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. federal government contracts.

The role will involve working closely with the team to ensure adherence to key regulations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review & Compliance: Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Audit & Monitoring Support: Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).
  • Proposal & Pre-Award Support: Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant clauses and prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.

Provide data, documentation, and compliance insights as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.
  • Knowledge/Skills:
  • Familiarity with U.S. federal contracting principles, FAR, and DFARS.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting U.S. federal contracts in an offshore/outsourcing environment and knowledge of ITAR/EAR export compliance restrictions.
