Proposal Specialist

Employvision is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer with expertise in RFP/RFQ/RFI management, Bid Management, Capture management, and US Federal government contracting.

This role involves working on various aspects of federal proposals, including identifying opportunities, developing strategic responses, and ensuring timely submission. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this position.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales and proposal writing, preferably in IT services or staffing companies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the US Federal government and SLED contracting environments.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end sales life cycles, from capture to bid management.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and design compelling solutions.
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement regulations and hands-on experience in proposal writing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Bid Management, Capture management, Responding to RFPs, and other presales activities. A strong understanding of the US Federal government contracting landscape is also crucial.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in proposal writing, preferably in the US Federal government sector.
  • Understanding of US Federal government, SLED contracting, and related regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in managing capture teams and developing strategic responses to RFPs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
