About the Role

\

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users to ensure smooth IT operations.

\

You will oversee the daily performance of computer systems and address any issues promptly. You will also install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components to ensure usability.

\

Maintaining system performance and ensuring compliance with security standards is a key aspect of this role. You will work closely with other IT team members to develop and implement new technologies.

\

Documenting technical issues and solutions to improve the knowledge base is crucial in this position. You will assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

\

Conducting regular system audits and generating reports to identify areas for improvement is another key responsibility. Managing user accounts and access permissions to maintain system security is also essential.

\

Providing training and support to end-users on various software and hardware is a critical aspect of this role. Participating in the planning and execution of IT projects to enhance system capabilities is also important.

\

To succeed in this role, you must be able to troubleshoot complex issues effectively and possess strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills are necessary to interact with end-users and team members.

\

You should have experience with installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software. Knowledge of system security practices and compliance standards is also required.

\

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Experience in a Service Desk or similar technical support role is also desired.
