Job Title

Renewals Specialist - 100% Remote

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high customer satisfaction during the renewal cycle, guaranteeing data accuracy and collaborating with sales and renewals account managers to deliver exceptional customer interactions.

  • Manage all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle to include notifying customers of renewal, creating quotes, and closing renewals opportunities for accounts.
  • Notify and assist customers with migrating to our ordering platform at the time of renewal.
  • Identify and execute upsells within your customer base.
  • Ensure invoice accuracy and work closely with our finance team to ensure payment is collected.
  • Analyse data and trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Embrace the use of AI in repetitive tasks and be open to learning how to automate tasks using AI.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with ability to handle a large volume of accounts, tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong customer service, listening and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with SaaS-based applications.
  • Preferred experience working with Salesforce.com.
  • Self Starter / High Energy / Positive Attitude / Customer Focused.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
