Club Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of events, workshops, speaker sessions, and client visits.
  • Develop an annual activity calendar and track progress.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Act as the point of contact between stakeholders, vendors, and members.
  • Minutes of meeting, follow-ups on points agreed and execution of the same.

Team Management:

  • Properly delegate, monitor, and evaluate team responsibilities.
  • Ensure staff comply with uniform policy by wearing designated attire while on duty.
  • Manage disciplinary actions involving club employees.

Budget & Resource Allocation:

  • Assist in managing budgets and resource allocation for events.
  • Coordinate with management for approvals or procurement.

Membership Engagement:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service by creating a welcoming environment for members.
  • Promptly address concerns, complaints, or suggestions.
  • Foster a culture of attentiveness and responsiveness among staff.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

  • Ensure the fitness club operates in compliance with local regulations.
  • Implement and monitor safety procedures to minimize risk.
  • Oversee maintenance needs and staff training in CPR/First Aid.

Program & Event Planning:

  • Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee engaging programs, wellness challenges, workshops, and social events.
  • Collaborate with instructors and wellness professionals to design innovative offerings.
  • Monitor attendance and feedback to refine programming.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain documentation of all club activities for audit and continuity.
  • Provide regular updates to relevant parties.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations.
  • Experience in event planning and management.
