
Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as a Sales Territory Manager.
As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing distributors and developing new business opportunities in the territory assigned to you.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and other key stakeholders in the territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve sales and revenue growth in the territory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG/Pharma/OTC industry with a focus on channel management.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of the sales process.
- Negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with distributors.
- Good local geographical knowledge and local language fluency.
- Distributor management skills and basic calculation of retail scheme/distributor scheme.
- Graduate or MBA degree.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Managing the performance of superstore channels to improve sales and revenue.
- Ensuring POB conversion into secondary sales with DMS execution.
- Mobile reporting (attendance and sales) on a daily basis.
- Responsible for repeat and frequent orders from outlets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be established to measure your success in this role, including sales growth, distributor satisfaction, and territory penetration.
