Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Operations Director to lead our Water supply/Irrigation Projects. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in project execution, excellent management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

About the Role:

  • Project Planning: Prepare detailed project plans considering timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
  • Resource Management: Plan resources, manpower, and materials to achieve budgeted/planned performance.
  • Budgeting: Manage projects according to financial goals, controlling costs and achieving targeted margins.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and control project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues such as Forest Permissions, Highway Permissions, and Local Bodies Permissions.
  • Quality Control: Execute quality control measures, safety rules, and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and high-performance working environment.
  • Financial Acumen: Understand accounting principles, financial aspects, risk management, and strategic decisions.
  • Tender Clauses: Knowledge of tender clauses, billing, department correspondence, and claims.
  • Construction Methods: Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
