Job Title: Site Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead our site operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, oracle knowledge, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business performance on a monthly basis to identify areas for cost efficiency.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless task execution.
  • Establish analytics to monitor performance against budgets.
  • Track and close out disputes, including validating CN/DN and partner governance.
  • Lead the WoW agenda with circle and center teams.
  • Bill approval and validation for ToCo partners.
Site Operations Overview:

The site operations team is responsible for managing CTA sites and high-power small cell sites. Key responsibilities include:

  • Statutory compliance for own sites.
  • Agreement renewal and vendor management of existing sites.
  • Aquisition of lean/low rental sites and stores.
  • Rent reduction of existing sites and stores, including LLR.
  • New site delivery against target.
  • Ssupport on existing site up-gradation.
  • Early harvest of home passes.
Requirements:
  • Sound knowledge of accounting entries and ledger reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with oracle.
  • Proficient in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Cost optimization and variance analysis skills.
  • Analytics and data interpretation skills.
