Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Pollachi. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with various departments, optimizing workflow, and implementing operational strategies. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
