Job Description:

A senior-level position is available, responsible for driving performance governance, people management, and focused improvement across the site.

  • Develop and implement master plans for the malt plant, HBS, and IMFL packaging hall, aligning with departmental objectives.
  • Lead change management processes, ensuring alignment between all departments in supply chain deployment.
  • Implement MMS practices to meet broad plans, supporting teams in developing capabilities.
  • Coach managers to develop teams through ManEx practices, participating in site steering committees and task forces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert loss & waste leadership, coaching operational teams using DMAIC methodology.
  • Engage in Daily Operational Review meetings to analyze performance improvement opportunities.
  • Develop manufacturing performance improvement initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste, and improve flexibility.
  • Practice maturity assessments, implementing a practice maturity improvement strategy for the site.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate managerial leadership, ensuring team development against role capabilities.
  • Ensure effective implementation of training & development programs, aligning site/line management.
  • Coordinate Total Quality and evaluation programs to maintain consistency of approach.
