Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven leader to spearhead our continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves driving process improvements, eliminating waste, and enhancing operational efficiency.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing business process improvements.
  • They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of a site-wide continuous improvement program, aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, recommending and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in lean and six sigma principles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing lean and six sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
