Our organization is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Mergers and Acquisitions practice.

This role demands exceptional expertise in transaction execution, strategic integration, carve-outs, and restructuring. As the Head of Transaction Advisory, you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for deal structuring, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, ability to navigate complex negotiations, and experience in managing cross-border transactions. They should also be proficient in synergy modeling, performance tracking, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive transaction strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead negotiation teams to secure favorable deals and manage post-transaction integration.
  • Oversee the development of structured MIS dashboards and KPI frameworks to track synergy realization.
  • Collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
  • Chartered Accountant / CFA / MBA (Finance) degree.
  • Proven track record of leading complex cross-border transactions and post-deal execution programs.
