Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced delegate acquisition executive to drive participation at our international events and conferences. This individual will be responsible for acquiring senior-level delegates, attendees, and speakers across the AI, Data, and Technology ecosystem.

This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build relationships with senior executives. It is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, research, and community engagement in the B2B events space.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify, research, and engage senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains.
    • Drive registrations for our international conferences and forums.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of experience in delegate acquisition, inside sales, business development for events/conferences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior-level executives.
  • Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential attendees and speakers.
  • Familiarity with outreach strategies (email, calling).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for community building.
