Medical Fit-Out Project Lead

A challenging and exciting opportunity to lead the infrastructure fit-out and development of new medical stores across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution
    • Oversee multiple store development projects simultaneously from initiation to handover, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and cost control.
    • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management
    • Evaluate, select, and onboard vendors/contractors, negotiating commercial terms, scope of work, and service levels.
    • Monitor vendor performance, ensuring timely and quality execution of work.
  • Site Coordination
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, landlords, civil/electrical contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Quality & Compliance
    • Ensure all fit-outs meet company branding, health & safety, and compliance standards, conducting snag checks and taking corrective actions as needed.
    • Verify that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including contracts, layouts, and handover certificates.
  • Cost Management
    • Maintain tight control over project costs, reviewing and approving BOQs, estimates, and invoices in a timely manner.
    • Identify and mitigate potential cost risks, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Reporting & Documentation
    • Provide regular reports on project progress, budget tracking, and risk management to stakeholders.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of each site project, including contracts, layouts, and handover certificates.
