Project Director Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to spearhead our initiatives in the Healthcare and Education sector. As the head of our Project Management Group, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple concurrent projects, setting measurable targets, and tracking progress to improve impact and ensure investments meet strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute initiatives in alignment with our mission & values.
  • Foster strong relationships with relevant local communities, stakeholders, NGOs, and other partners.
  • Interface with our leadership and collaborate with internal teams to advance initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of experience in infrastructure development, with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • MBA from a premier institution (IIM or equivalent) and engineering degree from a top-tier institute (IIT or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage effectively with stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage large-scale project budgets and ensure cost control.
  • Experience with project finance and regulatory compliance.
