Asset Management Role

This is a senior role in the Asset Management team where you will work alongside the Deal Team supporting on Infrastructure Debt investments. The role involves taking exposure in loans, bonds, securities and direct and co-investments in Infrastructure Projects across various regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain project models to capture risk factors such as O&M costs, production availability, credit rating and macro economic variables.
  • Maintain underwriting models and make modifications to build out scenarios for asset management decisions.
  • Prepare and update investment memos covering transaction briefs, investment overviews, key risks and mitigates, financial commentary and presentation to the Investment Committee.
  • Monitor portfolios and prepare periodic investment reviews covering financial, operational and compliance aspects.
  • Track news events, third party research reports and prepare summaries.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience working in the project finance team of a top-tier investment or commercial bank or specialist advisor.
  • Excellent financial modeling skills and ability to build 3-statement forecasted models.
  • Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail.
  • Good time management and demonstrated ability to perform under time pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • MBA or equivalent in Finance, CFA or CA.
