Job Title: Enterprise Asset Management Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) consultant to join our team. As an EAM expert, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring IFS Ultimo modules to optimize asset performance and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EAM principles, Ultimo's functional architecture, and configuration tools. Experience with integration protocols, scripting, and troubleshooting is also essential.

You will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Your role will involve customizing Ultimo workflows, forms, and reports to meet client needs, as well as integrating Ultimo with other enterprise systems.

In addition to your technical expertise, excellent problem-solving and communication skills are necessary to provide training and support to end-users and administrators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure IFS Ultimo modules, including Maintenance Management, Asset Management, and Safety Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Customize Ultimo workflows, forms, and reports to meet client needs.
  • Integrate Ultimo with other enterprise systems, such as ERP and IoT platforms.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience working with IFS Ultimo in implementation, support, or consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of EAM principles and Ultimo's functional architecture.
  • Experience with Ultimo's configuration tools and scripting.
  • Familiarity with integration protocols, such as REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • IFS Ultimo certification (if available).
  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, healthcare, or logistics.
  • Knowledge of related systems like IFS Cloud, SAP, Oracle, or Maximo.
